Conditioning
Old school conditioning is made up of different exercises and conditioning drills making use of:
- Bodyweight
- Bags
- Weights
- Anything that can condition you from beginner up to fighter.
The class is taught in a high energy environment with a good soundtrack to push you when the going gets tough. It is taught using timed rounds, tabata, sets and reps all used to push your condition levels to the max.
You have to be over 18 to train in this class.
Getting conditioned has never been so much fun!
