We teach kickboxing skills covering punches, kicks, blocks, slips, bob, weaves and footwork movement building into technique and sparring all developed in the ring or cage.
We also teach Thai boxing basics in the class to give a comprehensive syllabus from white belt to black belt.
This is all taught in a high energy way to let you burn those calories and condition your body with bodyweight exercises to get you in shape for whatever you want to do!
AFC Kickboxing is governed by the British All Styles Kickboxing Association.
You must be 16 to join this class.
If your aged 11-15yrs then we have a teen kickboxing class available.
