We teach Boxing ranging from pad work to bag work and sparring as well as getting you fighting fit in the process. So if you want to do it for fun and fitness or enter a boxing match, we also have a boxing ring for ring craft training. We leave no angle uncovered as we strives to bring out the boxer in you.
