Our Boxing classes cover everything from pad work to bag drills, sparring, and ring craft, all designed to improve your fitness and develop your skills. Whether you're here for fun and fitness or training for a match, our program aims to bring out the boxer in you.

In each class, you'll build a strong foundation with:

  • Punching Technique: Master the fundamentals of jab, cross, hook, and uppercut, along with combinations to sharpen your striking.

  • Footwork and Movement: Improve your agility, balance, and speed to move effectively in and out of range.

  • Defensive Maneuvers: Learn essential defensive techniques such as slipping, blocking, and rolling to protect yourself and counter effectively.

Our sessions are designed to be high-energy and supportive, with every angle covered to ensure you make progress, regardless of experience level. The dedicated boxing ring allows you to practice ring craft and apply your skills in a realistic setting.

Dress Code: Comfortable athletic wear, boxing gloves, hand wraps, and athletic shoes.
