Our Kickboxing class combines powerful techniques and high-energy training to develop your skills and build your fitness. Covering all fundamental aspects of kickboxing: punches, kicks, blocks, slips, bobs, weaves, and footwork. You’ll work on improving both technique and movement in a dynamic environment. Lessons include the opportunity to train in our cage or ring. giving you a well-rounded experience that builds up to sparring and advanced techniques.
